Pacific Coast Highway Roadtrip – An Overview

Just as a little intro, I’m going to be breaking this series down into three parts (for the three weeks – to follow after this post) and talk about my very own roadtrip that took I with my family back in 2016.

I’ll obviously do my best to fact check certain locations to ensure they’re still open (I know Swingers Diner in LA has closed permanently due to Covid and that seriously hurts my heart). So do remember when I’m doing these posts they’re not 2020, I’m in the U.K. so it’s not a current adventure, this is to inspire and entertain……hopefully!

Here are the places we went so you know what to expect from my little series and I hope that I can inspire some of you guys, or at the very least provide some insight into the whole process and trip to maybe make life a little easier for you if you decide to do a similar trip.

Napa Valley – we grape stomped, it was amazing.
Santa Cruz
Pismo Beach
San Luis Obispo
Los Angeles
San Simeon
Newport Beach
Redondo Beach
San Diego
Palm Springs
Las Vegas
San Francisco

It was absolutely one of the best trips of my life and the reason behind the launch of my business, Love, Luna. I never wanted to have trip plans scattered across so many notebooks and phone notes ever again, and I knew I couldn’t be the only one out there who felt like that. I don’t know about you, but there’s something about having a planner and everything written down in one place that just makes me feel like I’ve got my life together and everything is organised haha.

Right you lovely lot, I am off to make a start on part one of this trip for you. I can’t wait to start reliving it with you all and showing you some of the places we visited. I have a love of randomness so, please don’t judge hahaha.

Speak soon!
